At DOFFY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Exempt items include gift cards, downloadable products, and final sale items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Payments through Shopify Payments may take 3–5 additional business days to appear on your statement.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, check your bank account, contact your credit card company, then your bank. If still unresolved, contact us at support@doffy.shop.

Exchanges

We replace items only if defective or damaged. Email us at support@doffy.shop for exchanges.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable service for items over $75.
